IPL

6% ABV

An India Pale Lager brewed with Cascade and Citra hops and dry-hopped generously with Mosaic and Citra. Nice and dry, with plenty of pineapple and citrus aroma.

VLK

4.7% ABV

VLK, pronounced ‘vulk', is the Czech word for wolf. It is a traditional Czech-style dark lager - very dark in color with a full rich flavor but light in body and moderate ABV.

BEST AMBER

4% ABV

A malty, yet dry beer that’s low in alcohol but high in satisfaction.

Helles

4.5% ABV

A pale German-style lager with low bitterness. German malt provides a subtle malt sweetness, while still being dry, and a touch of German hops round it out.

Gold Coast Lager

6% ABV

A golden lager dry-hopped with Citra. Crisp and dry, with a nice citrus aroma.

quadraphonic

10% ABV

A Belgian-style amber ale that’s full of rich fruity, malty, and deep caramel notes. It pours a bright red, with great depth of flavor. Available in bottles.

HARD SELTZER

4.8% ABV

A gluten-free beverage. Assorted seasonal flavors.

8.5% ABV

A strong, dark lager with pleasant notes of coffee, chocolate, and layered malt. Dry, with a light body.

SUNSHINE WHEAT

5.25% ABV

A classic Hefeweizen brewed with a 50/50 mix of German malted wheat and barley. Just a touch of Munich malt adds color, complexity, and rounded flavor to this refreshing and dry beer.

WESTPHAL KOLSCH

4.5% ABV

A classic German-style ale brewed with all German malt and hops. A light and refreshing beer, clean and crisp with a slight sweetness and very low bitterness.

Velvet Pilsner

5.5% ABV

Our flagship beer; a classic Czech pale lager brewed with all imported ingredients. Satisfying malt flavor and body are balanced out by Czech Saaz hops.

Tri - Belgian-style tripel

8.6% ABV

A full-flavored Belgian-style ale with all the hallmarks that make the style delicious - clove, black pepper, and subtle banana. No added flavorings.

BERLINETTA ROSSO VIENNA-STYLE LAGER

5% ABV

This Vienna-syle lager results from the careful combination of Vienna, Munich, and Pilsner malts. It’s a nutty, malty cousin of the Pilsner, with a fuller body and richer flavor yet still possessing the dry finish of all Berlinetta beers.

dead red

7.6% ABV

Brewed in honor of our Grateful Dead archival-tape nights, this imperial red ale has strong, dry malt flavor, medium body, and firm bitterness. It delivers rich malt flavor without sweetness, and a very slight roast character. Served as an 8oz pour in the taproom.

BERLINETTA TROPICAL STOUT

7.9% ABV

A stout beer brewed in the manner popular in Jamaica, with a complex grain bill and molasses added toward the end of the brew. Served as a 10oz pour in the taproom.
